Your order will either be securely flat-packed in cardboard, in a compostable shipping bag or carefully rolled in a tube.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details and will be able to track each step of your delivery.
All shipments are shipped with ‘Authority to Leave’ and will be left in a safe place if no one is home. If no safe place is found, your package will be taken to the closest Post Office or safe deposit location.

Your order will either be securely flat-packed or carefully rolled in a tube.
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery. All express orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise stated by the customer.

Anna Pihan will not be responsible for return shipping costs, duty reimbursement in the case of international returns or damage during the shipping process.

Each photograph is printed and framed just for you in the size and frame of your choice. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us a photo at studio@annapihan.com, so that we can assess the fault. If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, or provide a refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

All Anna Pihan content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice at anytime. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including the colours. Our pieces are all made to order and hand built so items may have individual tones and characteristics and colour tones may vary depending on your computer screen.

Products that will be available in the future as per the date on the description but can be booked in advance. They are often a limited product, and although we often encourage you to secure them, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre order. We do not take cancellations on pre orders. Please note, the pre-order date is an estimate delivery date however unforeseen delays can occur from time to time.

Please follow the check out instructions to place your order. Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by Anna Pihan and we will confirm the order by sending you a Shipment Confirmation via email. Please note that during sales periods it may take up to 5 business days to process an order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in the price or where the products are no longer in our inventory.
